What time should I arrive?
Graduates should arrive no
later than 9:15 am to allow time to
check-in at the registration table and line up.
It’s also an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow graduates.
If you have guests with you, they are welcome to explore the venue and find their seats while the graduates are getting ready.
Check-in will begin at 8:30 am.
Graduates
Graduates must bring their own regalia to the ceremony. Regalia can be ordered through Aspen's Jostens store. (Note: regalia generally takes at least 5 weeks to arrive, so be sure to order early.)
Graduates must be checked in by 9:15 am. Graduates will line up and process into the ceremony together. All graduates must remain through the end of the ceremony.

The 2023 Commencement Ceremony will be Friday, October 20, 2023!
Event Details:
Graduates, families, and friends are invited to attend the 2023 Commencement
reception the evening before the ceremony. This event will include food, a chance to meet
with your dean, Aspen honors society meet-ups, cap decorating, and more!
(Note: for cap decorating, graduates must bring their own caps; cardboard caps will be provided for children. General art supplies will be provided, but grads are welcome to bring their own supplies too.)
Don’t want to wait to check in until the morning of the ceremony?
Early ceremony check-in will
be offered at the reception!
Families and friends will be offered open seating. Handicap-accessible seating
will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Guests who require supervision must have an adult, separate from the graduate, with them.
Guests will not be able to sit with their graduates, nor will Aspen provide care services for guests.
To ensure that there is space for all students to celebrate with their families and friends, we ask that each student try to limit their maximum guest count to 5.
There are no tickets required to attend the commencement ceremony.
